SHIPPING INFO:

The Estimated Delivery window provided by Kaigen Essentials as our standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our company control.

You may have to pay import taxes and customs fees for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the delivery service  provider.

Please place one order per day, otherwise your order will be held.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If you enter the wrong shipping address and we have to forward your order to a new address, you will be charged for package forwarding fee by the delivery service provider.

If unclaimed, the package will be disposed in 30 days after the arrival date in Japan.

After a week of delivery attempts, the package will be returned to a service center. Customers will be charged for redelivery fee be delivery service provider.

Shipping costs 700 yen for 0=>100 g, 1,000 yen for 101g=>250g, 1,500 yen for 251g=>500g, and 2,000 yen for 501g=>1kg.
